电厂锅炉燃料量控制系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 讨论了锅炉燃料量控制系统的鲁棒问题。在分析燃料被控对象特点的基础上,将其简化为二阶惯性对象;为了考虑系统的不确定性,采用T-S模糊模型表示被控对象模型,设计出一种控制器。通过求解Riccati不等式得到正定对称矩阵,从而判定模糊系统闭环二次稳定性,并给出了相平面图进行验证。结果表明,该燃料量控制系统鲁棒性强;与常规控制相比,调节时间短,动态偏差小,无静态偏差,控制品质好。 The robustness of fuel control system for boilers has been discussed. Based on analysing the features of controlled object for fuel,it is simplified as a second- order inertia object. In order to consider uncertainty of the system,the model of controlled object has been expresed by using T - S fuzzy model,and a controller being designed. A positive definite symetrical matrix has been obtained by solving the Ricicati Inequality,thereby the secondary stability of closed loop for the fuzzy system being decided,and being verified by the phase- plane diagram. Results show that this fuel control system has strong robustness; compared with traditional control, the time duration of regulation is short, dynamic deviation being small, without static deviation, and the quality of control being better.
