摘要
本文对实际生产中缸体加工性能方面存在的问题进行了评述。重点阐述了组织、合金元素、微量元素和铸造工艺对缸体铸件加工性能的影响。最后对缸体用灰铸铁加工性能方面研究存在的问题予以简要概括。
Processability of the gray cast iron in cylinder body were outlined. The effects of the microstructure, alloying composition, micro- volume elements and casting technique on the processability of the gray cast iron in cylinder body were discussed. Moreover, possible prospects of study on the processability of the gray cast iron in cylinder body are overviewed.
