摘要
目的探讨静脉输液患者使用3条装无菌输液贴的不同固定方法,以期提高静脉输液成功有效率。方法采用配对研究方法共静脉输液360例次。实验组采用3条输液贴横行固定法,对照组采用传统的4条输液贴固定法。结果总有效率实验组为92.22%,对照组为85%。渗出肿胀发生率实验组为7.78%,对照组为15%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3条输液贴横行固定法能提高静脉输液的成功率,有效减少肿胀、渗出的发生。
Objective To explore the fixation way with adhesive plaster of 3 bands package in intravenous infusion and increase the successful rate of intravenous infusion. Methods Adopting pairing study method, 360 time of intravenous infusion were divided into two groups. The experimental group adopted transverse fixation with 3 bands of adhesive plaster, and the control group adopted routine fixation way with 4 bands of adhesive plaster. Results The total effective rate was 92.22% in the experi- mental group and 85% in the control group. The occurrence rate of swelling and ooze was 7.78% in the experimental group and 15% in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The transverse fixa- tion way with3 bands of adhesive plaster can increase the successful rate of intravenous infusion, and decrease the occurrence rate of swelling and ooze.
