摘要
目的总结颈椎损伤术后患者机械通气的临床观察要点及护理经验。方法对ICU40例颈椎术后合并呼吸衰竭予以机械通气的患者采取生命体征监测、心理护理、机械通气的护理、引流管护理、体位护理、营养支持护理、压疮护理、泌尿系统护理、功能锻炼等护理干预措施。结果32例患者安全渡过急性期,顺利拔管转入骨科继续治疗。3例患者因抢救无效死亡,5例患者因经费原因放弃治疗而自动出院。结论良好的护患沟通,行之有效的护理措施,能有效减少死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To summarize the clinical observation essential ancl experience of nursing mechanically ventilated patients with respiratory failure after cervical vertebrae surgery. Methods Nursing intervention measures were performed for 40 mechanically ventilated patients with respiratory failure after cervical vertebrae surgery, such as vital sign monitoring, mental nurs- ing, nursing of mechanical ventilation, nursing of drainage tube, body position nursing, nutritional support nursing, bedsore nurs- ing, urinary system nursing ancl functional exercise. Results 32 patients survived ancl 3 died, and 5 abandoned treatment. Con- clusions Favourable communication ancl effective nursing intervention can decrease mortality and improve the quality of life.
