摘要
目的观察缬沙坦联合灯盏花素对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将64例糖尿病肾病患者分为对照组和治疗组,在糖尿病治疗方案的基础上,比较缬沙坦联合灯盏花素与香丹注射液对尿微量白蛋白排泄率和血β2微球蛋白的影响。结果缬沙坦联合灯盏花素可使尿微量白蛋白排泄率显著下降(P<0.05),同时血液高凝状态也有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合灯盏花素对糖尿病肾病有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of Valsartan and Dengzhanhuasu on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups randomly： Valsartan and Dengzhanhuasu group （n = 34） and Xiangdan group （ n = 30）, the blood pressure, urine albumin excretion rate （UAER） and blood 132 Microglobulin （ 132 MG） were measured lie- fore and medications. Results Combination of Valsartan and Dengzhanhuasu reduced UAER significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） and improved the blood hypercoagulable state. Conclusions Combination of Valsartan and Dengzhanhuasu is effective on diabetic nephropathy.
