摘要
目的分析我院门诊抗菌药的使用情况,并提出合理使用抗菌药的建议。方法随机抽查2006年门诊西药处方7832张,对抗菌药物品种、使用频率、联合用药进行统计分析。结果含抗菌药处方总数占统计处方总数的49.64%,含口服抗菌药的处方占含抗菌药处方的42.21%,含注射用抗菌药的处方占抗菌药处方的54.50%,不同种类抗菌药联合使用的处方占抗菌药处方的21.95%。结论本院抗菌药使用频率较高,用药情况基本合理。
Objective To analyze the situation of the usage of antibiotics in outpatient dispensary （OPD）of our hospital,and guide rational use of drugs. Methods 7832 prescriptions of Western medicine were randomly sampled from prescriptions used in outpatients of our hospital in 2006.The categories of antibiotics, frequency of use, combinations of different kinds of antibiotics in them were analyzed. Results In the 7832 prescriptions sampled randomly,there were 3888 cases used antibiotics,involving 7 categories. The percent in total numbers of prescriptions was 49.64%.In the 3888 cases,the percent of prscriptions of oral antibiotic drugs was 42.21% ,the percent of injectable ones was 54.50%, and the percent of combinations of different kinks of antibiotics was 21.95%. Conclusion The frequency of the use of antibiotics in OPD of our hospital is high comparatively.The use of antibiotics was rational on the whole.
