摘要
社会主义和谐社会是复杂动态的网络系统,其构建也是在复杂动态的运行机制系统中进行的。实现社会主义和谐社会系统的良性运行,必须健全和谐社会系统运行的控制系统,包括健全社会预控机制、建立有效的调控机制、强化安抚疏导控制机制、加强监控机制、强化法治外控机制、加强道德内控机制。只有建立了有效的控制系统,社会主义和谐社会系统才能构建并始终又好又快地和谐运行。
Socialist harmonious society is a complex and dynamic system with controlling mechanisms including charging-in-advance mechanism, regulating mechanism, comforting and alleviating mechanism, monitoring mechanism, legal external and moral internal controlling mechanism. The author argues that mechanisms have to be established effectively and perfectly, and onlg this will it be possible for the system to run rapidly and healthily.
