摘要
在彼得.圣吉对社会管理系统分析九个基模的基础上,提出分析社会管理系统的四个基本基模。并且,提出系统反馈基模的层次生成法,此方法可以实现特定复杂系统的基模生成研究,并可以生成彼得.圣吉的九个管理基模,为复杂系统的反馈分析提供了有效的工具。
On the basis of Peter： M. Senge＇s nine feedback archtypes of social management system, this article puts forward four fundamental feedback archtypes, observes the hierarchical formation of systemic feedback archetypes, points out that the formation can study the forning of feedback archetypes in a specific and complicated system, form Peter. M. Senge＇s nine feedback archetypes, and it is effective to feedback analyses of complicated system.
