摘要
政务信息公开制度的实行将有力地推动中国电子政务的建设。然而,政务信息透明度的升级必然对固有的利益格局产生冲击,而组织电子政务建设的主体却是行政官员。因此,如果将行政信息透明化引入到对行政官员的绩效评价机制中,可能是促进电子政务发展的一项有效措施。
China's e-government construction will be promoted due to the executing of administration information publicity policy. However, the former interest scheme must have been shocked for the upgrade of the administration information transparency. It is just the officers who should execute the e-government construction. Therefore, if administration information transparency can be introduced into performance appraisal system for officers, China's e-government development might be boosted.
