介绍了东庞矿选煤厂无压重介选煤A系统投产后,安装磁性物含量测量仪对合介悬浮液磁性物含量进行监测后取得的具体效果。由监测数据调整合介分流量,稳定了磁性物含量和密度,改善了旋流器的工况,提高了分选旋流器的精度。
After the commissioning of the pressure--free heavy media preparation system A in Dongpang coal prep, a magnetite tester was installed to monitor the magnetite contents in composite media suspension solution. The data from the test result is used to adjust the composite media flow rate.
