摘要
知识经济时代对人才提出了更高的要求，一个人能否成才并在事业上取得成就，不完全取决于智力因素，情绪智力起着更为重要的作用。情绪智力不是与生俱来的，而是后天培养的结果，高职院校在人才培养过程中要重视对学生情绪智力的培养。本文分析了高职院校大学生情绪智力的现状，并提出了相应的对策，以期为高职院校的情绪智力的教育提供参考。
The new times of knowledge economics calls for higher requirement for talents. Whether one can succeed in career and acquire achievement is not decided by his intelligence only, on the other hand, emotional intelligence may play a more important role. Emotional intelligence is not to be born but the result of continuous training. Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to training the students＇emotional intelligence. This paper analyzes students＇emotional intelligence, puts forward the relevant countermeasures to provide useful suggestions and references for the emotional intelligence education in higher vocational colleges
