摘要
针对目前增压器诊断中存在的问题,提出了将振动信号分析技术引入到增压器状态监测工作中.在此基础上,设计了一套新的车载增压器状态监测系统.现场应用表明,该系统的设计是合理的,可以诊断增压器的早期机械故障.
In order to improve diagnostic capability of monitoring devices for the turbocharger, the method of applying vibration signal analysis technique to monitor status of turbocharger is proposed. Based on this idea, a new onboard turbocharger monitoring system is designed. The field application results show that the design scheme is feasible and the monitoring system can diagnose the early mechanical faults of turbocharger.
