摘要
为了使实际的粘着系数尽量逼近于当时路况的粘着系数最大值,以获得更大的平均牵引力,在介绍粘着基本理论和空转识别的基础上,总结了现有机车粘着的几种控制方法和应用前景,详细介绍各种方法的理论基础和优缺点,最后对我国粘着控制的发展作了展望。
The traction force of locomotives depends on the adhesion of wheel-rail. Improving the locomotive adhesion capability plays a vital role on the rail transport system. The improvement of adhesion capability concentrates on improving the utilization of adhesion. The aim of adhesion control is to get the actual adhesion coefficient approaching to the maximum adhesion coefficient of the pathway for getting the best traction force in average. This paper introduces the basic theory of adhesion and identification of slip trend. Based on these theories, the main locomotive adhesion control methods are summarized. Some of those which are widely used and in prospect are recommended with emphases. The principles and advantages/disadvantages are presented. Finally, the prospect of adhesion control in China is pointed out.
