摘要
针对工业控制中常见的两级主从控制系统,利用以太网建立了环形控制网,并提出了采用"集总帧"方式通信的通信协议。网络节点对协议的处理为延迟转发的模式,用现场可编程门阵列硬件实现。实验结果表明:采用本文提出的控制网络和通信协议,能够大大提高主从控制系统的通信效率。
This paper mainly focuses on the design of 2-layer master/slave control system, which is usually used in industrial control. Ethernet technology and lumped-frame technology are introduced here and a new set of communication protocol is proposed. The protocol processing of nodes is datagram's repeating with delay and designed using FPGA. With the communication protocol and the hardware solution proposed, the control system performs well on communication, with less communication time and higher rate of usable data.
