C臂透视图像导航辅助胸腰椎弓根螺钉内固定的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨C臂透视图像导航辅助胸腰椎弓根螺钉内固定的临床应用效果。方法我科应用导航系统辅助胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉固定36例,164枚。记录手术时间及C臂机使用次数和时间。术后X线及CT复查,测量钉的进钉部位、方向、长度和直径选择。结果手术时间、C臂X线透视次数较常规手术明显减少,进钉部位、方向、长度和直径选择较常规手术明显准确。结论C臂透视图像导航辅助胸腰椎弓根螺钉内固定可以缩短手术时间,减少患者和医生的X线被动辐射,具有良好的应用前景。 Objeetivej To evaluate the result of Clinical application in thoracic and lumbar pedicle screws placement assisted by computer - assisted surgery system(CAS system). Methods Thirty - six patients, including 8 fracture of thoracic or lumbar spine, 10 spondylolisthesis of lumbar and 14 disc degeneration and instability, and 4 scoliosis, underwent thoracic and lumbar pedicle screws placement assisted CAS system and 164 scews were inserted. After surgery , all patients accepted X ray and CT scan examination to observe the direction and location of the screws. Results The direction , depth and location of 158 screws were satisfying without cortical violation and dural or pedicle nerve root injury. Concluslon The application of CAS system can ensure the accurate placement of pedicle screw and avoid the relative complications of exposure of X - ray.
