摘要
目的建立食品中三氯蔗糖含量测定方法,并对前处理进行优化。方法采用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC),蒸发光检测器(ELSD),SUPELCO Discovery C184.6×150mm色谱柱,柱温:35℃,流动相由乙腈和超纯水组成,流速为1.0ml/min,蒸发管温度:40℃,气体压力3.5bar,放大倍数为6。结果采用HPLC-ELSD方法,其工作曲线的线性范围:0.1005~0.8040mg/ml,相关系数:r=0.99993,回收率:94.3%~97.1%,精密度(n=6):1.9%~2.3%。结论方法准确、可靠,可用于三氯蔗糖的检测。
Objective To establish an optimized method for determination of sucralose in foods. Methods High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC ) was used to determine sueralose in food respectively link with evaporative light seattering detector (ELSD) ,The column was SUPELCO Discovery C18 4.6 × 150mm, column temperature was 35℃, the mobile phase was made of aeetonitrile and water with flow rate 1.0ml/min,The temperature of evaporative pipe is 40℃ ,the gas pressure is 3.5bar, the zoom in mtdtiple is 6. Results The linear range of the calibration curve of HPLC - ELSD were from 0. 1005 - 0. 8040mg/mL( r = 0.99993 ). The recoveries were 94.3 - 97.1% and the relative standard deviations ( n = 6) were 1.9% - 2.3%. Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable, which can be used to determine sueralose in foods.
