人工珊瑚骨治疗脊柱结核临床观察 被引量：6

Clinical observation on the treatment of spinal tuberculosis with artificial coral bone

摘要 目的探讨人工珊瑚骨内固定手术治疗脊柱结核的临床效果。方法总结2000年3月～2007年2月采用前路病灶清除后路椎弓根内固定及人工骨植骨融合治疗44例腰骶段脊柱结核患者临床资料。结果随访2～5年,优良率98.7%,植骨融合率97.2%,40例疼痛症状消失,4例腰痛减轻。术后复查X线片:人工骨植骨块均在5～10个月融合,未见植骨块移位。结论前路病灶清除,后路椎弓根内固定及人工骨植入是治疗腰骶段脊柱结核的有效方法,避免了取自体骨带来的并发症。
