摘要
研究了YG8硬质合金热冲击疲劳裂纹的萌生机制。试验结果表明,热冲击疲劳裂纹的萌生与WC/Co相界面微孔洞的形核、长大和连通有关。文中还提出了微孔洞形核和长大的位错模型。
The formative mechanism of thermal shock fatigue crack of cemented carbide YG8 has been investigated. Results have shown that the formative mechanism of the crack is related to the nucleation,growth and join of microvoids distributed at the interfaces of WC/Co phases. A dislocation model of describing the nucleation and growth of microvoid also has been proposed
