摘要
目的了解广州地区食品中空肠弯曲菌的污染状况及菌株分子型别特征。方法采用传统生化鉴定、荧光免疫分析及PCR方法分离和鉴定所分离的菌株,用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对菌株进行分子分型分析。结果从100份检材中分离到10株空肠弯曲菌,不同方法得到一致的鉴定结果。10株菌经PFGE分析共得到3个聚类群。结论传统生化鉴定与PCR方法相结合能有效地从食品中进行空肠弯曲菌的分离和鉴定,食品分离的空肠弯曲菌中存在PFGE型的多态性。
Objective To investigate the extent of food contamination by Cwnpylobacter jejuni and the molecular characteristics of C.jejuni isolated from foods collected in the city of Guangzhou. Method Traditional biochemical identification methods, fluorescence immuno-staining method and PCR were used in the identification of the bacterial isolates. PFGE was used in the subtyping of the C.jejuni isolates. Result Ten C.jejuni isolates were obtained and confirmed from 100 food samples. PFGE analysis indicated that the 10 isolated species could be grouped into 3 categories. Conclusion Combination of traditional biochemical identification and PCR method may be used in the identification of C.jejuni in food products.Polymorphism of pulsotype existed among C.jejuni isolated from food product.
