摘要
探讨高频超声检查对腘窝囊肿的诊断价值及分型诊断的临床意义。方法对100例(102个囊肿)腘窝囊肿患者,术前进行高频超声检查,术后1个月、3个月、6个月进行超声随访。结果经手术证实,超声诊断腘窝囊肿的准确率为100%;经超声准确定位后,本组腘窝囊肿术后复发率为13.7%。结论超声诊断腘窝囊肿准确可靠,其诊断敏感性和特异性高,而且能够确切分型,其分型对临床治疗具有重要指导意义。可作为术前诊断与术后随访的首选检查方法。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of high- frequency ultrasound （HFU） in popliteal cyst. Methods 100 patients with 102 popliteal cysts were examined by HFU before operation and followed up after operation at three differential time （1 month,3 month, 6 month after the treatment）.Results The accurate rate of HFU in popliteal cyst diagnosis was 100 % ,and relapse rate of popliteal cyst after operation was 13.7% by ultrasonic location exactly. Conclusion High - frequency ultrasound is an accurate and safe method for diagnosis of popliteal cyst, it has high sensitivity and specificity and plays an important role in guiding clinical treatment, it also could be the prime way for preoperative diagnosis and postoperative follw- up.
