摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸肿瘤的价值。方法分析15例经手术病理证实的睾丸肿瘤的声像图特征。结果超声诊断精原细胞瘤8例,超声表现为不规则的实性低回声,血供较丰富;胚胎癌3例,肿瘤呈低回声为主的混合性回声,血供欠丰富;畸胎瘤3例,呈不规则强回声,无血流信号;间质细胞瘤1例,呈高回声,血流丰富。结论彩色多普勒超声对各种睾丸肿瘤有较高的诊断准确性,是诊断睾丸肿瘤首选的影像学检查方法。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of testicular ttanors. Methods The characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound in 15 cases with testicular tumors confirmed by pathology were analyzed. Results Eight cases were diagnosed as seminoma with the appearance of irregular low echo - level and abundant blood supply, 3 cases as embryo carcinoma with the appearance of mixed echo and the blood supply was not abundant, 3 cases as teratoma with the appearance of irregular high - level echo and no blood signal, 1 case as Leydig cell tumor with the appearance of high - level echo and abundant blood supply. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy in diagnosis of testicular tumors and it is an important method in diagnosing testicular tumors.
