摘要
目的:观察经筋挑刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为经筋挑刺组和电针组,各56例。经筋挑刺组取腰背部痛性筋结点,予针挑治疗;电针组穴取大杼、肺俞、心俞、天宗、华佗夹脊等,予电针治疗。2组治疗2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:经筋挑刺组总有效率为89.3%,电针组总有效率为78.6%,2组比较疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:经筋挑刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎有良好疗效。
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of tendon-muscle picking therapy on myofascitis of back. Methods One hundred and twelve cases were randomly divided into a tendon-muscle picking therapy group and an electroacupuncture （EA） group, 56 cases in each group. The tendon-muscle picking therapy group were treated by picking pain tendon-muscle tubercles on the back, and the EA group by EA at Dazhu （BL 11）, Feishu （BL 13）, Xinshu （BL 15）, Tianzong （SI 11） and Jiaji （EX-B 2）. Their therapeutic effects were compared after treatment for 2 courses. Results The total effective rate was 89.3% in the tendon-muscle picking therapy group and 78.6% in the EA group with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tendon-muscle picking therapy has a good therapeutic effect on myofascitis of back.
