摘要
基于模糊整数规划及系统优化的观点研究大型复杂铁路网上线路能力、编组站能力的协调利用问题。为此,建立了该问题的模糊非线性0-1规划模型。本模型是在总费用(包括总有调费用,总无调费用,总换算车公里消耗,始发车流装卸地费用以及能力虚糜费用)最小的目标下,寻求一套最合理的全路网编组站负荷分配及线路负荷分配方案。为了避免能力利用处于无益虚糜状态,又尽量不吃后备系数,模型中采用了模糊能力资源限制条件。
A nonlinear fuzzy 0 1 integer programming model has been developed for the optimal utilization of available capacity resources of rail lines and classification yards in a large scale railroad network from the viewpoint of fuzzy set and system optimization.The objective of this model is to determine the utilization strategy of available resources so that both poor and full load utilization can be avoided for all lines and yards in a real size rail system. The model is developed by discussing the membership functions of the line capacity and the sort capacity,the fuzzy inequality constraints and the objective function in great detail.
