摘要
通过对冲天炉和感应炉等的熔化过程、配料情况进行分析研究，开发出一种适合于铸铁类、有色合金类及合金钢类的铁水质量管理及优化配料通用软件包．利用本软件不仅可以保证合金的化学成分，而且还能够控制合金的机械性能，稳定生产。
Studies the melting process,burden in blast furnace and induction furnace,and then develops a kind of software which is about the molten iron′s quality managemet and burdening rationally,fitting for iron casting,nonferrous alloy,and alloy steel.Through making use of this software it not only assures the alloy′s chemical composition,but also controls the alloy′s mechanical property,stabilizes producing,minimizes the furnace burden′s cost.
