无轨电车逆变电源的研制

Research of a Power Source Converter Used in Trolley Buses

摘要 根据无轨电车的实际需要和工作条件,设计了一种取代无轨电车直流发电机的PWM型高频高压逆变电源。该逆变器工作电压为DC550~650V,主电路采用DC-AC-DC变换方式,功率变换器为半桥式电路,功率开关管使用IGBT,并用专用模块驱动。控制电路使用了脉宽调制集成电路控制器SG2524,逆变器的辅助工作电源由低压逆变产生试验样机在无轨电车上进行了运行试验,结果表明。 According to the trolley-buses′operating conditions and requirements a pulsewidth modulation power source converter has been designed to replace the DC generators incorporated introlley-buses.The main circuit is a DC-AC-DC converter reling on the 550V~650V DC power supply.It′s converting power part is a half bridge circuit in which power swiching transistors(IGBT)and the specialized intergrated driving circuits are used.The pulsewidth modulater(SG2524)is used in it′s control circuit.Another lower voltage power converter supplies a supplementary power for the main converter.The samples of this kind of the power source converters have practically been tested in the trolley-buses in Dalian city.The results show that the power source converters can completely replace the DC generators intalled in the trolley-buses.The problem what the storage batteries intalled in the trolley-buses cannot completely be recharged before has been solved.
