摘要
采用菌丝生长抑制法测定了多菌灵和腐霉利对黄瓜菌核病菌的毒力,结果表明:腐霉利和多菌灵的 EC_(50)分别为0.4874mg·L^(-1)和0.9949 mg·L^(-1);腐霉利与多菌灵以有效成份浓度1 mg·L^(-1)按1:3和1:6混配,对黄瓜菌核病菌具有增效作用。另外,腐霉利与多菌灵以1:3和1:6混配对黄瓜菌核病菌和番茄灰霉病菌具有较好的抑制作用,抑制率分别为85.51%、80.97%和65.35%、60.97%,但对甜瓜叶枯病菌和枯萎病菌则抑制效果较差。
By the mycelium growth inhibition methods, the toxicity of procymidone and carbandazin were tested against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary, The results showed that EC50 of proeymidane and carbendazin were 0.4874 mg.L^-1 and 0.9949 mg·L^-1 respectively. The synergic toxicity tests showed that the mixed preparation had synergistic effect at the ratio of 1:3 and 1:6.In addition, the mixed preparation had better inhibition effect on S. sclerotiorum and Colletetrichum orbicalare by 85.51%, 80.97% and 65.35%, 60.97% respectively, but they had worse inhibition effect on Alternarva alternate and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis.
