摘要
根据极谱氧电极法测定ＳＯＤ活性理论，应用计算机技术，研制出自动ＳＯＤ活性分析仪。该仪器采用灵敏的氧电极和放大电路，以单片计算机为核心组成，使ＳＯＤ活性测试更加快捷、微量和准确，并基本实现自动测试。同时通过专用化、小型化设计使原来由实验室内多个分散仪器组成的庞杂系统集成为一专用商品化测试仪器。
Based on the theory of oxygen electrode and polarography, an AUTO SOD ACTIVITY ANALYZE DEVICE has been developed. It is a diminutive appropriative instrument because of using microcomputer technology, which is made up of oxygen electrode, amplifier circuit and one-chip-microcomputer system. It offers the advantage of detecting the SOD activity more quickly, accurately and sensitively for a little computation than before. This incorporate device is suitable for commercial need.
