摘要
介绍了一种基于80C198单片微机的IGBT-PWM高性能变频调速系统。该系统用零矢量分割的准圆轨迹法生成PWM波形。给出了系统的控制原理、IGBT的驱动电路以及用PL/M语言设计的软件流程图。实际应用表明系统控制精度高,动态性能好。
A high property IGBT-PWM varible frequency varible speed system based on a MCS-80C198 single chip microcomputer has been discussed in this paper. PWM wave is generated by splitting Zero vector quasi circular locus method. The control principle of the system, IGBT drive circuit, and the flow chart of the system software are given. The good control performance is shown by the practical appliaction.
