摘要
在现场调研、理论计算、对比分析的基础上,以日本6K机车牵引小齿轮的实际齿形作为参照系,综合考虑因弯扭弹性变形、空间几何因素引起的啮合歪斜度及齿端修形等问题,对国内外部分典型机车的牵引齿轮进行了齿向修形研究。介绍了作者开发的机车牵引齿轮齿向修正曲线实用软件包及其应用。
On the base of theoretical calculations, spot investigations and constrast analyses, the tooth longitudinal modifications of several kinds of typical locomotive traction pinions are studied in this article. The real tooth profile of 6K locomotive traction pinion is used for reference. The factors including the bending and twisting elastic deformation, the meshing inclination caused by geometric factor and the modification of tooth ends are synthetically studied. The tooth modification software of locomotive traction pinion developed by the author is introduced at last.
