摘要
百色煤田是广西煤炭资源储量最多和煤炭生产量最大的煤田。阐述了百色煤田开发在百色市建设新兴工业基地中的重要性,分析了百色市国民经济发展与百色煤田开发的内在关系,指出了百色煤田在开发中存在开发缓慢、管理体制不合理、开发规划不协调和资源勘探滞后等问题,提出了统一规划有序开发、加大勘探力度、整合煤田资源、加大政策扶持力度和投入、建立多元化投资主体等对策。
Baise Coalfield is a coalfield with the largest coal resources and the highest coal production in Guangxi Province. The paper stated the importance of the Baise Coalfield development in the new industrial base building in Baise City and analyzed the internal relationship between the national economic development and the Baise Coalfield development in Baise City. The paper pointed out the slow development, irrational management system, development plan incoordinated, resources exploration delay and other problems existing in the development of Baise Coalfield. The paper provided the unified plan, sequence development, enhanced exploration dynamics and enhanced policy support dynamics, increasing investment, setting multi investment main body and other countermeasures.
