摘要
将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来运用于发动机试验台测控系统中,构造了一个参数自整定模糊PID控制器,通过模糊控制规则在线调整PID控制器的参数,用MATLAB实现该控制器的仿真。仿真结果表明该控制器的动态响应曲线好、超调量小、稳态精度高。并给出基于PLC直接查表方式实现该模糊PID控制器,为模糊控制技术在工业控制中应用提供了更加广阔的空间。
By using the fuzzy-PID control in the measuring and controlling system of the engine test bed, we build a fuzzy parameters self-adjusting PID controller. The rules of fuzzy control are used to adjust the three parameters of PID Controller on line, and the process is simulated by Matlab. The results indicate that the controller has the good dynamic response and the high steady state precision. Fuzzy-PID controller based on consulting fuzzy control table is achieved in this paper. It shows that Fuzzy-PID controller with PLC provides wider application for fuzzy control technology.
