摘要
曾经孕育了灿烂夺目的史前文化,传承着汉唐古风和丝绸古道的定西地区,进入近代以来,竟以"苦甲天下"而闻名,总体经济水平落后,在全国属于最贫困的地区之一。究其制约因素本文认为主要有三:土地高度集中,限制了近代定西经济的大力发展;兵荒天灾、内忧外患,是制约近代定西经济发展的又一因素;思想封闭、观念落后、"小富即安"的小农意识。从定西地区在近代发展经济的艰难历程中,本文认为可以得出以下经验教训:第一、发展经济首先需要解放思想;第二、合理调整种植业结构、提高土地经济效益;第三、加快农业市场体系建设;第四、加快农业产业化进程。
Ding Xi, a place where the splendid pre - historic civilization was bred and in which the ancient customs and the Silk Road found their origin, is still one of the poorest regions in China. High concentration of land, natural disasters, wars, and narrow- mindedness of local people led to low productivity in history. This paper argued that in order to have economic takeoff, firstly, people must get rid of their old ideas; secondly, the structure of agriculture should be adjusted; thirdly, the development of market system should be sped up. and finally, the process of industrialization of agriculture should be strengthened.
