随着农村综合配套改革的进一步深化,全面准确的把握农村综合配套改革的意义,认真剖析农村综合配套改革中的重点和难点,坚持整体推进和重点突破相结合的原则,对于我国科学制定农村综合改革的整体方案及相关政策措施至关重要。
With the deepening of the rural comprehensive reform, further understanding of the significance of reform, analysis of the focal links and obstacles, and application of the principles of overall advancement with key breakthroughs become vital in realization of the overall objectives in rural comprehensive reform.
