摘要
尾矿库区域安全预警可以及时掌握区域内尾矿库安全态势的变化,防患未然,为尾矿库安全决策提供基础信息,具有重要的意义。建立一个高度自动化、智能化的区域安全预警系统,将在尾矿库的安全管理体系中发挥积极的作用。在确定尾矿库区域预警指标体系的基础上,本文首先介绍了支持向量机的基本原理,其次介绍了模型样本的生成方法,然后说明了怎样实现模型,最后举出实例。通过该方法可以确定尾矿库的预警等级,从而为有效预防事故的发生提供了依据。
The tailing reservoir disaster alert is important to provide information to take some measure, master tailing reservoir safety trend and prevent the occurrence of accident. The establishment of an automated, intelligent alert system can play a positive role in the safety management of tailing reservoir. Firstly, on the base of the alert index system, the basic principle of Support Vector Machine (SVM) was introduced. Secondly, the formulation method of simulation sample and implementation technique of the alert model was explained. Lastly, the example was given in the paper. The alert grade provides evidence to prevent the occurrence of tailing reservoir accident and is helpful to the supervisor.
