摘要
目的探讨自考生一般自我效能感、成就动机的特点及其相关关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和成就动机量表对226名自考生进行施测。结果①自考生一般自我效能感性别差异显著。②避免失败动机存在城乡差异,而追求成功动机和合成动机在性别、城乡等变量上差异都不显著;低自我效能组存在性别主效应,城乡与性别的交互作用显著。③一般自我效能感与成就动机各维度存在显著相关。④高自我效能组的成就动机显著高于低自我效能组。结论不同自考生的自我效能感存在差异,不同自我效能感影响自考生的成就动机水平。
Objective To explore the features of general self-efficacy (GSE) and achievement motivation(AM) of self-study examination students and therelationship between them. Methods 226 self-study examination students we re investigated by GSES and AMS. Results ①There was significant gender difference in self-efficacy. ②The motivation of avoiding failure has significant region difference, butthere was no significant gender orregion difference in the motivation of pursuing success and the synthetic achievement motivation. Significant variation emerg ed in according with region and gender among low general self-efficacy subjects . ③GSE has significant correlation with AM. ④There was significant difference in AM between high GSE subjects and low GSE subjects. Conclusion There was difference in GSE among different self-study examination students and GSE has influence on AM closely.
