摘要
在分析水利工程建设参与各方位置和责任的基础上,归纳了工程建设管理中目前存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的合理化建议。
In the process of building water projects, the duties and responsibilities of the participants in the construction is very important. It has direct impact on the progress of construction and management. On the basis of analysis of construction pro- jects in the position and responsibilities of all parties, this paper summed up the problems in management of the construction project, put forward suggestions to solve the problems.
