摘要
目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征的解剖学、影像学和临床特点。方法对15例患者的影像学资料及临床表现进行评价分析。结果本组患者影像学上以中脑、丘脑病变为主要特点,临床表现以意识障碍、眼球运动障碍和瞳孔改变为主。结论基底动脉尖综合征是一种特殊类型的脑梗死,临床少见,如有疑似,应尽早行头颅MRI检查。
Objective To study the anatomy, imageology and clinical characteristic of top of the basilar artery syndrome.Methods The imageology data and clinical situation were analyzed in 15 cases of top of the basilar artery syndrome.Results Major characteristic of imageology were pathological changes of midbrain and thalamus about this courses. The clinical situation was mainly disorders of consciousness, dyskinesia of eyeball and alters of pupil.Conclusion This was a special kind of cerebral infaretion.TOBS was seldom and if it was doubtful, taking head MRI exam in earlier period.
