摘要
目的探讨老年人永久心脏起搏器植入术的护理。方法总结72例老年患者植入永久心脏起搏器的护理体会。结果72例患者均顺利完成手术,69例患者诉术后活动耐力和体力较术前明显改善,生活质量显著提高。结论老年人永久心脏起搏器的植入除要求医护人员有熟练的技术外,还需医、护、患共同配合,方能收到良好的效果。
Objective To inquire into clinical nursing in the aged with implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker, Methods To summarize the nursing experience in 72 old-age cases who received implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker,Results These patients all and smoothly completely received implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker,After operation, activity endurance and physical strength in 69 patients are more obviously improved, showing a great exaltation in living quality. Conclusion Good effect of the operation needs doctors, nurses and patients coordination, in addition to requesting the doctor,the nurse＇s personnel well-trained techniques.
