摘要 采用序批式生物膜法(SBBR)以连续曝气和A/O运行模式处理生活污水,探讨序批式生物膜同步硝化反硝化特性,研究SBBR系统中的DO浓度、C/N比、SRT及运行方式的变化对同步硝化反硝化的影响。结果表明,在进水水质和反应条件相同时,将DO质量浓度控制在2.5mg/L,C/N比为12-16,出水水质最好,去除率大于80%,TN去除率达到76%。保持SRT约为20d,可以为SBBR创造一个稳定的同步硝化反硝化环境。连续曝气之前的厌氧搅拌对SBBR同步硝化反硝化有益。实验结果证明,SBBR中的脱氮机理为全程硝化反硝化。 The present paper is aimed to introduce its author's innovated sewage-treating method, known as the " submerged biofilm process in Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBBR)." The method has been developed for treating urban sewage with continuum aerobic and anaerobic-aerobic(A/O) operate mode by using a kind of soft fiber packing submerged biofilm for Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBBR). Adjusting the process parameters based on the experimental results in enhancing the removal of nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon, the system can help to produce a fairly steadfast eco-system to diversify and enrich the bio-population. Due to the integrated nature of combining SBBR wastewater treating process with the particular features of traditional SBR and biofilm methods, this method known as simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) enjoys advantages of being economical and efficient for many reasons in comparison with other traditional methods for ammonia removal. At the same time, the method can save oxygen energy and reduce the need for extra external sources of organic carbon, thus bringing about lower operating cost, which is surely helpful to display its great potential for its popularization. The result of its author' s repetitive application shows that with the same quality of influent in the same reaction conditions, the quality of effluent proves higher. Moreover, the experimental results have tested and proved the mechanism of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) via nitric for nitrogen removal in SBBR.
