摘要
目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与高血压的关系。方法:对本中心多导睡眠监测(PSG)的353例患者进行血压测量,并分析患者呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(SaO2 min)、体重指数与高血压患病率及血压升高程度的关系。结果:以AHI分组,各组间高血压患病率比较,P<0.001。重度SaO2 min与其他各组间高血压患病率比较P<0.001。AHI与血压的高低呈正相关(P<0.001),SaO2 min与血压的高低呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论:OSAHS作为高血压发病的危险因素,其AHI指数、夜间低氧程度均与高血压患病率相关。
Objective：To investigate the relationship between hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods ：Measure the blood pressure of 353 patients who were monitored by polysomnography （PSG）in our center,then analyse the relations between patients＇ AHI,SaO2 min,BMI and the prevalence of hyperten- sion ,also between AHI,SaO2 min,BMI and the elevation degree of hypertension. Results ：Divide all patiems into groups according to AHI, to comparisons of hypertensive prevalence, there is statistically significant difference among all groups （P〈0. 001）. To comparisons of hypertensive prevalence,there is statistically significant difference between serious SaO2 min and other groups （P〈0. 001）. The blood pressure values were significantly positively correlated to AHI （P〈0. 001）,and negatively to SaO2 min （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion ：OSAHS is one of the risk factors of hypertension,and the prevalence of hypertension correlate with AHI and SaO2 min.
