摘要
目的探讨高频超声在儿童急性阑尾炎中的诊断价值。方法对有手术病理证实的98例儿童急性阑尾炎患者与超声检查进行对比分析。结果术前98例中有91例超声提示阑尾炎可能,符合率93%。结论超声检查具有操作简便、快捷、无损伤、可重复性强、费用低等优点,随着超声诊断仪器分辨率的提高及超声诊断医师对本病认识的提高,目前已成为临床首选的影像学检查方法。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the acute appendicitis in children. Methods 98 cases of children with acute appendicitis patients and ultrasound examination confermed with surgery and pathclogy were analyzed. Results 91 cases of the Preoperative 98 cases suggested that ultrasound may be appendicitis, the rate was 93 percent. Conclusions Ultrasound has effects of simple, fast, without injury, repeatability strong,low-cost advantages,With the resolution of ultrasound diagnostic equipment and the improvement of ultra-sound diagnosis of the disease and physician＇s awareness raising,it has become the preferred diagnostic imaging method.
