摘要
本文对土壤甲螨的采集与分离方法进行了探讨。通过对实验结果的分析,认为在做大规模区系调查时,采用电热分离法较为适宜。用此方法分离甲螨,置土厚度为5cm左右,分离时间为24～28小时。采集土壤的深度以地表层10cm为宜。
This paper studied the method of collecting and separating oribatid mite in soil. By analyzing the experimenting results, we
