摘要
病人用药依从性不佳是目前医学实践所面临的重要问题。我科于1996年1～12月，通过“共同参与模式”对50例哮喘患者用药依从性的差数进行指导，使其用药依从性提高达76％，且哮喘急性发作次数、住院次数明显减少，肺功能明显改善，进而达到了提高治疗效果的目的。这种模式，在医学模式转变的今天，值得进一步研究和推广。
It is an important problem in the medical practice nowadays that patients 'complits to the medicines administrated by doctors are not ideal. From January to December,1996, our Department applied the n Co-participation Model in 50 patients with asthma in order to improve their compliance to the treatment. The results showed that this model increased the compliance rate to 76%, decreased the number of exacerbation of the disease and the times of hospitalization, and improved the pulmonary function, which mean a much better therapeutic effects. It is warranted that this model be further investigated and put into wider use, especially under today's circumstances of the convertion of medical models.
