摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAX 80A Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对氟唑磺隆原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明氟唑磺隆的线性相关系数为1.0000;标准偏差为0.37;变异系数为0.41%;平均回收率为99.8%。
A method with aeetonitrile and for separation and quantitative analysis water as mobile phase, ZORBAX 80A of flucarbazone-sodium by HPLC Extend-Cls column and DAD at 240nm wavelengt was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.37, the variation coefficient was 0.41%, the average recovery was 99.8%.
