摘要
为利用机器视觉技术对提花机织物进行图像检测,采用数学形态学方法对织物图像进行分割.该方法对织物图像进行二值化处理,灵活使用数学形态学中的膨胀、腐蚀、闭运算、开运算等基本方法,选取合适的结构元素,结合MATLAB语言编程,实现了机器对织物提花区域的分割,达到了较好的分割效果.
In order to use the machine vision technology to detect Jacquard images, Jacquard pattern is segmented based on mathematical morphology. After the Jacquard images are dichotomized, it uses skillfully the basic methods of mathematical morphology such as imdilate, imerode, imclose and imopen, and selects the suitable strels and uses MATLAB's programme to carry out segmentation to jacquard images. The result of experiment indicates that the method is efficient.
