摘要
从景天科药用植物垂盆草的新鲜全草中分离到４种甾醇类成分，经化学和光谱鉴定为：β－谷甾醇（β－ｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ），胡萝卜甙（ｄａｕｃｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ），３β，６β－豆甾－４－烯－３，６－二醇（３β，６β－ｓｔｉｇｍａｓｔ－４－ｅｎ－３，６－ｄｉｏｌ）和一新化合物３β，４α，１４α，２０Ｒ，２４Ｒ－４，１４－二甲基麦角甾－９（１１）－烯－３－醇（３β，４α，１４α，２０Ｒ，２４Ｒ－４，１４－ｄｉｍｅｔｈｙｌｅｒｇｏｓｔ－９（１１）－ｅｎ－３－ｏｌ）。
A new sterol named sarmentosterol together with three known sterols were isolated from the fresh herb of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge. Based on chemical and spectral methods, their structures were established as (3β, 4α, 14α, 20 R, 24R ) 4,14 dimethylergost 9(11) en 3 ol; 3β 6β stigmast 4 en 3,6 diol; β sitosterol and daucosterol. These compounds, except β sitosterol were isolated for the first time from this plant.
