BACCATIN-Ⅲ的氢谱和碳谱及结构研究

摘要 Bacatin-Ⅲ在紫杉醇化学研究中占有重要位置,其结构主要由波谱解析法推导和鉴定的。但文献中Bacatin-Ⅲ的氢谱和碳谱的各峰归属上存在不少矛盾,给紫杉醇化学研究带来问题。为此,我们测定了baccatin-Ⅲ的高分辨1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT,1H-1HDQCOSY,1H-13CHETCOR和HMBCNMR各谱,并据此对bacatin-Ⅲ的1H-NMR和13C-NMR的各信号峰作了归属。 Baccatin Ⅲ is an important precursor in the chemistry of taxol. The structural determination of baccatin Ⅲ was mainly based on the analysis of its 1H and 13 C NMR spectral data. Unfortunately, the assignments for its 1H and 13 C NMR signals showed several contradictions and were not complete. Thus, Baccatin Ⅲ′s 1H and 13 C NMR,DEPT, 1H 1H DQCOSY, 1H 13 C HETCOR and HMBC NMR spectra were measured, and the assignments for its 1H and 13 C NMR signals were based on the analysis of these spectral data,and confirmed by its 1H 1H DQCOSY, 1H 13 C HETCOR and HMBC spectral data.
