摘要
合成了１４个Ｎ－酰化苄基四氢异喹啉化合物，并选择其中１０个化合物做了抗血小板聚集作用的体外试验，结果发现多数均具有一定的活性，为今后该类化合物的研究提供了参考数据。
Fourteen N acylated tetrahydrobenzylisoquinoline derivatives were designed and synthesized of which 13 were not reported previously. The preliminary pharmacological tests showed that most compounds exhibited various degrees of antiplatelet aggregation in vitro .
