摘要
阐述了电子计数测量法原理,采用CPLD器件设计测量电路的硬件测频系统,该系统利用现有示波器的强大信号处理能力以及常规频率计的高精度,其测量范围可达0.1Hz^150MHz。
Discusses the system about on measuring frequency. The system combines the big competence of processing information of scillograph and the high precision of frequency measurement. Its measuring scope is 0.1 Hz～150 MHz.
