摘要
回顾性分析了1994～1996年确诊的274例男性HIV感染及AIDS患者的临床资料，其中13例（4．74％）具有外生殖器病变，包括：阴茎kaposi肉瘤，阴茎尿道恶性淋巴瘤、睾丸肿瘤、睾丸弓形体病、睾丸萎缩，特发性阴囊不疽等．4例（30．7％）是以外生殖器病变为首发表现。男性外生殖器罕见恶性肿瘤，机会性病原体感染是诊断HIV感染和AIDS的重要线索，临床医师对此应有充分认识，才能提高诊断率。
From retrospective analysis of 274 male patients with AIDS treated between 1994~1996 in Central Hospital of Maputo, Mozambique, 13 patients (4. 74%) were found with genitallesions. They were penial Kaposi's sarcoma, urethral malignancies, testicular tumor, testicular atrophy, testicular toxoplasmosis, Fournier's gangrene, ect. Genital manifestations Were the initialmanifestations in 4 patients (30. 7%) of them, practitioners mustknow these manifesations so that theymay raise the rate of correct diagnosis.
